Content Alchemy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us about content made available through our website or services that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
Submitting a Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that material available on or through Content Alchemy infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes all of the following:

a description of the copyrighted work or works you claim have been infringed;

a description of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the specific URL);

your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf; and

your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next
We review notices that meet the requirements above. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the identified material, and we may notify the affected user. We may also ask you for additional information if your notice is incomplete.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia. We may restore the material where the law allows.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, we recommend seeking independent legal advice.
